Depression

Depression is a very complex matter. In recent years, with the help of some researches, we are getting out that the depression is a very common than many of us thought. At least 15 % (and likely most) of the women take an antidepressant during the lifetime.

SYMPTOMS: Depression is usually very common stage that is believed by many experts. It is very important to remember that, the depression is very serious sickness. That affects both mind and body; it’s not easy to remove. The best news about depression is that, the most of the persons are suffering from this illness. So it’s very important to understand the causes and symptoms of depression.

According to U.S. national institute of mental health, some main symptoms are given below:

1. Anxious or "empty" mood
2. Hopelessness, pessimism
3. Guilt feeling, worthlessness, helplessness
4. Loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities.
5. Decreased energy, fatigue, being "slowed down"
6. Difficulty concentrating, remembering, making decisions
