LIFE(Search of happiness)

Real life is that, which you lives for others and also the who lives for others is called real human being because animals lives for their own lives and this think makes you different from animals. You can find everything in our self every happiness is inside our self then after people finding their happiness outside. And if don’t get then they feels depression. but this is not the solution of any problem. The easy way of solving your problem is to consider your problem too short, and be confident to solve your problem. AS YOUR HAPPINESS DOESN’T REMAIN FOR LONG,LIKE THIS YOUR PROBLEM WOULDN’T BE FOR LONG. Always look forward for the RAY OF HOPE.
Just try to make your present beautiful, your future also will be beautiful. Your past and future both depends on your present because if you will laugh in present then one day it will be past so you will also laugh by remembering your past and if you will do nice works in your present then the result means your future will also best. So don’t waste your time in thinking about your past and future. Just live in your present and laugh as much as possible.
Just try to find your happiness inside yourself and help others. Then you will feel the difference in yourself. Our all-spiritual books like GEETA, MAHABHARAT, BIBLE AND KURAN are also telling us this thing
After all INDIA is all about culture, religion and wisdom. Our holy scriptures itself says about our historical and prestigious background. At present nobody has time for thinking others. Nobody has time for thinking about our country. Everybody says WHY SHOULD I? But there is a need of change. Only one person can’t do any type of change, there is need of MEN POWER. If everybody will think about this country and also for those children whose dreams are killing, because of child labors WHY DON’T WE THINK ABOUT IT? Let them dream of their a blazing future. Let give them a hope of their happiness. Let them fly in this endless sky of hope. It’s not time to say WHY SHOULD I? Its time to say SHOULD I?
I hope support of all of you. Eventually it will become a huge organization well being of these children
So come and be a part of this for giving a smile to every child.

  1. DEEP FRY COLCASIA LEAVES:
    INGREDIENTES: 2Colcasia leaves, 1 cup chana dal (gram), six flack garlic, 1 inch ginger, green chilly, ½ tsp cumin seed, ½ tsp black pepper, 1pinch asafetida, 2 cardamom, 2cinnamon stick, ½ tsp garam masala, salt 1tsp amchoor, 1tsp chat masala, oil.
    METHOD:1- Soak the dal till 6 hour. Now grind it with asafetida, garlic, ginger, cumin seed, green chilly, black pepper, cinnamon stick, cardamom and make a soft paste and set a side.
    2-Take a bowl add chana dal paste now add salt garam masala, amchoor, chat masala and mix well.
    3-Take colcasia leaves spread chana paste over colcasia leaves and roll it.
    4-Take a sharp knife and cut this roll into pieces.
    5-Heat the oil into a kadahi now deep fry all pieces till golden brown.
    6-Now serve hot with mint sauce.

  2. MATAR PANEER
    INGREDIANTS: 500gm paneer, green pea, assorted dry fruits (cashew nut, almond, currant, pistachio) well chopped.
    GRAVY: 50gm condense milk, 1cup milk, 2 onion, 6 flacks garlic, 1inch ginger, green chilly, 1tbs turmeric powder, ½ tsp cumin seed, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 1 cardamom, 1 mace, 1 pinch nutmeg, salt, mustard oil, 4 bay leaf, 1cup malai (cream), 2tbs coriander seed, green coriander leaves ,2tbs sugar, salt, 1cup water.
    METHOD: 1-Grind onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly, and coriander seed and make a paste. And set aside.
    2- Now take cumin seed, black paper, clove, cinaman stick, mace, nutmeg, cardamom and grind it.
    3-Heat the 5tbs oil into a kadahi now add bay leaves, and fry a minutes.
    4-Add onion paste, turmeric powder, salt and fry till 15 minutes.
    5-Add condense milk, milk, 2tbs sugar, water, salt and cook till 10 minutes.
    6-Now add malai, all ingredients powder paneer, green pea, assorted dry fruits and cook more 20 minutes.
    7-Now serve with rice and kulche.

  3. PANEER PAKODA Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Cooking Time: 30 minutes
    Ingredients: 500gm paneer, 1bowl maida(all purpous flour), oliv oil, 6 flakes garlic peeled and crushed, one inch piece fresh root ginger peeled & crushed black pepper, salt, chat masala, 1 lemon.
    Method: 1 Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes.
    2 Take maida and mix ginger, garlic, salt, black pepper powder and mix it.
    3 Add paneer into mixture and stir till well coated.
    4 heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the paneer till it turn into dark brown.
    now sprink chat masala & squeez lemon on it.

  4. Cooking time: 30minuts

    Ingrediants: 100gm rice flour , 1lit milk, milk made, cardamam 2, safron 2mg, mix fruits (orange, grapes, apple, banana) or any seasonal fruit, sugar according to your taste, coconut, assorted dry fruit(almond pistachio, cashewnut), 1 table spoon ghee.

    Method: 1- Heat ghee in to kadai now add cardmom & rice flour till 10 min.

    2-Pour the milk on it add milk made, safron, coconut, cook till 10 minuits.

    3-Mix all the crush fruits and cook tiil ten minuts.

    4-Garnish with dry fruits & serve.
